Meet Mary Ndinda aka Virtual CFO, the smart, affable finance consultant who promises to turn any startup into a successful business through professional CFO services. Bringing years of senior level accounting and finance experience to the table, in 2019 Mary decided to become a startup owner herself, founding Bloomgain consultants and rapidly gaining a reputation as a trusted financial advisor to entrepreneurial founders. Who is Mary Ndinda in a few words?
Mary is an enthusiastic young lady with ambitions of building a sustainable model for SMEs and Startups by helping them scale up and offering virtual CFO services to them.

What motivates you to get out of bed every morning?
Knowing that I have companies looking up to me to help them in decision making on issues that could
either see their businesses close or scale up.

If money was not a factor, what would you be doing with your life?
I would be running a management training school because there is a gap that needs to be filled between
what we learn in school and the business environment needs. I would be “supplying” companies with
high caliber candidates.
